Nationally recognized motion trainer 

Our training programs are presented by David N. Finley, Esq., a nationally recognized motion trainer who has published more than two dozen practice guides with West Publishing and The Rutter Group, including the popular California Motions in Limine and California Law & Motion Authorities. Mr. Finley is also a veteran legal practice instructor with hundreds of classroom hours teaching advanced motion drafting and procedure. He currently teaches an innovative advanced motion writing course at the top-rated UCI School of Law, and previously taught upper level motion practice at Chapman University’s Fowler School of Law.
