Description

The Law and Motion Immersion Workshop is a small group program designed to train new litigation attorneys about the rules and procedures for more than 40 essential California civil motions. The instructor is the state’s most prolific author of motion-related practice guides. Participants come away armed with broad knowledge of the California motion procedural scheme and a thorough understanding of specific rules and laws applicable to dozens of motions covered in the course, along with a 75-page quick citation booklet they can use for future research.  The workshop provides an opportunity for new associates to gain a high level of knowledge about motion practice, reducing the amount of training required by the firm. The program includes interactive use of hypotheticals and comprehensive motion outlines along with a thorough explanation of key rules and procedures, plus 12 hours of CA MCLE credit. The workshop is the gold standard of MCLE programs on California motion practice. Be sure to take advantage of our scaled pricing to include all relevant professionals in your firm.
